Refund policy

What we refund, how long you have, and how to ask.

  • Refunds can be requested within 30 days of the charge appearing on your mobile account.
  • Send your request to customer care at help@vrblst-kw.com.
  • Include the mobile number the subscription is billed to and the date of the charge you are querying.
  • Charges billed in error, or after a cancellation was confirmed, are refunded in full.
  • If the service was unavailable for a sustained period during a billing cycle, that cycle can be refunded.
  • Requests received more than 30 days after the charge are reviewed case by case.
  • Approved refunds are returned through your mobile operator, so the timing follows their processing schedule.
  • Asking for a refund does not cancel the subscription. Send the cancellation separately using the steps above.
  • We reply to every refund request, including the ones we cannot approve, with the reason for the decision.
